It is essential to plan JEE Main exam preparation carefully during the final month to make effective use of every minute and complete the preparation effectively. Here’s an efficient timetable for aspirants to cover the syllabus within a month

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the first phase of JEE Mains 2025 between January 22 and 31, 2025. Students who have registered for JEE Mains now have only one month left to prepare for the exam. In such a situation, it is essential to plan preparation for the last month carefully to make effective use of every minute and finalise their preparation.

During this time, it is important to cover each subject – Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Here’s an efficient timetable for aspirants to cover the syllabus within a month.

Exam Pattern

It is worth noting that NTA has revised the JEE Mains 2025 exam pattern. Optional questions in Section B of the paper have been removed. Now, 75 questions will be compulsory, with each carrying 4 marks. This means that the JEE Mains exam will be of a total of 300 marks.

Study Plan For Last Month

First Week

Physics: Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Power, and Energy

Chemistry: Mole Concept, Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding

Mathematics: Sets, Relations, Functions, Complex Numbers, Quadratic Equations

Strategy: Solve NCERT and basic questions for all subjects. Attempt 1-2 mock tests and analyse your mistakes.

Second Week

Physics: Rotational Motion, Gravitation, Properties of Matter

Chemistry: Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Redox Reactions

Mathematics: Matrices and Determinants, Sequences and Series, Permutations and Combinations

Strategy: Practise previous years’ JEE questions for Week 1 topics. Take topic-wise quizzes for all subjects.

Third Week

Physics: Current Electricity, Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction

Chemistry: Organic Chemistry, Hydrocarbons, Halides

Mathematics: Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus

Strategy: Take full-length mock tests and revise Week 2 topics.

Fourth Week

Physics: Modern Physics, Optics, Semiconductors
